Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails is the new dining concept at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador. Literally translated as “Mexican Tea,” Epazote is prominently used in Southwestern cuisine to add a spicy yet earthy flavor somewhat reminiscent of fennel. Here, guests will enjoy Southwestern dishes featuring locally sourced specialties such as Arizona grass fed beef, Southwest mountain trout, Colorado lamb, selected cheeses and Arizona grown produce. Epazote also offers a wide selection of tequilas, locally brewed beers and Arizona Wines. Along with their meal, guests will also take in some of the most spectacular views of Pusch Ridge on the outdoor patio.

We personally create every dish from scratch with a “back to basics” approach to our seasonally inspired cooking. We now offer house-made Gluten Free bread and buns! Flavor of India offers an expansive Dining Menu including a dozen curry dishes, a plethora of tandoori dishes, chicken, lamb, seafood, breads, a full bar, and other fabulous entrées. Vegetarians, take note! There are more than two dozen dishes offered that are sans-meat. Most menu items are gluten free! The Lunch Buffet may be the best lunch in town. Michelangelo Ristorante Italiano is a fine dining establishment that specializes in Italian cuisine. Its menu includes chicken, pasta dishes, mussels, salads, soups, pizzas, scallops, oysters and meatballs. The casual-style restaurant wine list includes Chianti, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, zinfandel, pinot noir, syrah and chardonnay. The restaurant features dining areas with arches, flowers and reproductions of the art of Michelangelo.
